Matching Wine is for restaurants that serve degustation menus with wine pairings. It runs on two tablets, one at the kitchen pass and one at the bar. When the pass calls the wine for a table, the bar tablet shows the sommelier the table, the wine and the dish.

How it works

  1. Kitchen pass

    ACALL WINE

    When a table is ready for its next pairing, the pass taps CALL WINE for that table.

  2. Bar

    BDUE

    The table shows up as DUE on the bar tablet straight away, with the wine and the dish.

  3. Bar

    CPOURING

    The sommelier taps POURING and takes the bottle. The pass tablet shows the change immediately.

  4. Table

    DPOURED

    The sommelier taps POURED once the wine is at the table.

We install Matching Wine and stay for your first service. Your first week of service is free, including installation. If you keep it after that week, the setup fee and the monthly price of your plan apply, and you can cancel any time. If you don't, you pay nothing.
